The Beginning

  • A colleague offers to outsource his company’s Customer Service Department to our C.E.O. Danish Iqbal.
  • 10 seats are rented at a friend’s call center in Islamabad.
  • Mindbridge is formed; the project begins.
2005

Early Years

  • What started as 1 project with 10 seats expands to 3 projects with 50 seats at the rented location.
2006

Progress

  • Mindbridge forms and officially moves to its own building in Lahore.
  • The facility is 30,000 square feet of company owned space.
  • Mindbridge designs and operates its own facility.
2007

Global Expansion

  • Mindbridge expands business to 3 continents and starts servicing clients in Europe, the US, and Asia.
2010

1.5 Million Contacts

  • Mindbridge manages over 1.5 million contacts per month; servicing customers in 5 continents and over 20 countries.
2015

The Big Win

  • Mindbridge wins the largest customer service outsourcing RFP of Pakistan and establishes itself as the leading outsourcing company in the country.
2017

New Facility

  • Mindbridge builds a new state-of-the art facility to house 2,000 team members - the largest in the country.
  • Mindbridge offers its employees special scholarships for continuing their education.
  • Mindbridge offers its employees special health services.
2020

The Future

  • Mindbridge will be equal in size to the next 10 companies combined!
  • We are constantly developing new creative ideas and solutions.
